Refund Policy for Online Courses

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • 30-Day Refund Window: If you are not satisfied with a course, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. This applies only if you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
  • Partial Course Access: Refunds will not be issued after you have accessed more than 25% of the course content. This includes watching videos, downloading course materials, or participating in any course activities.
  • Course-Specific Terms: Some courses may have unique refund conditions, which will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase. These conditions supersede the general refund policy.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Submit a Request: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at info@tantrata.com within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number and the reason for your refund request.
  2. Refund Review: Once we receive your request, we will review your case and confirm eligibility. If you have not completed more than 25% of the course and meet other criteria, we will process your refund.
  3. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Exceptions:

  • Promotional Offers or Discounts: Refunds are not available on courses purchased with promotional discounts or special offers unless otherwise specified.
  • Downloadable Materials: No refunds will be issued for downloadable materials (e.g., PDFs, worksheets) once they have been accessed or downloaded.
  • Group or Corporate Purchases: Refund requests for group or corporate course purchases are subject to separate terms, which will be provided at the time of purchase.

Course Cancellations:

If a course is canceled by Tantrata Solution Pvt Ltd  before it starts or during its offering, you will be issued a full refund, regardless of your course progress.

No Refunds After Completion:

Once you have completed a course in full or obtained a course certificate, we do not offer refunds.
